The above three panels are excerpts from the official minutes of the San Remo Conference. Panels two
and three contain the San Remo Resolution, one continuous text despite the page break.
These were taken down as the British Secretary’s Notes on Sunday 25 April 1920, at 11am. The list of those present
at the meeting is then followed by several pages of discussion about “MANDATES”. Finally, the text of the “agreed”
Resolution is recorded as the conclusion of this first point of discussion.
